Tokenlists is an open-source Web3 project that provides comprehensive token lists specifically mapped to the Polygon chains, including PoS and zkEVM. This repository offers JSON-based token schemas comprising attributes such as chainId, name, address, decimals, symbol, and optional metadata like logoURI, tags, and custom extensions. These lists include Mapped Tokens, representing tokens assignable to Polygon’s infrastructures, a Popular Tokens List highlighting the top 100 tokens in use on Polygon, a Testnet Tokens List for those registered on the Mumbai chain, and a Blacklist Tokens List identifying problematic tokens. Contributors have the flexibility to propose updates by adhering to a detailed JSON schema, running linter tools, and ensuring successful build and test executions. The project supports a wide array of tags for classification, including stablecoin, native, erc20, and various bridge-related identifiers, providing a robust and extensible framework for token management on the Polygon network.
